Hey, I’m Harrison!
I’m a mindfulness coach & meditation teacher, and I help people like you create a life of presence and alignment.
For years I was caught up in the pursuit of “success”, pushing myself past my limits without ever taking a second to breathe. Meditation helped show me that a life of peace and simplicity is so much more fulfilling than a life of chasing. Now I’m on the other side, helping people slow down and enjoy the journey.
