We live in a world of constant change - it’s unavoidable.  Although we are constantly in a state of change, most of us struggle with handling change in our lives.  You may not be able to control big changes in your life, but you can use certain tools and strategies to navigate these times and feel better. In episode 30 of the Let’s Talk About Life Podcast, Dana Parker shares ways to navigate change using “emotional intelligence”.
